How do I know if my new item will fit?
Every item on the product page lists a size guide and fit recommendation. For a specific size query, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@lillieingalls.com. If the item you ordered doesn't fit, you can return it using our free returns service within our 14 day window.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
We offer free complimentary domestic shipping within the US. For orders outside the US, shipping costs will vary.
Can I return my order?
We offer free returns for orders placed on lillieingalls.com. You can ship your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in original condition: not worn, used, or damaged.
Can I make special requests on my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept special requests on orders at this time.
Can I reserve an item to buy later?
Due to limited supply, we do not provide reservation services. To guarantee your purchase, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service team via customerservice@lillieingalls.com if you wish to cancel your order. Please note that we can only accept cancellations prior to the order being shipped. We therefore ask that any order cancellation requests are made as soon as possible.
